- Refugees from Myanmar (formerly Burma) who are arriving daily in North America (including Karen, and various language groups from the Chin State of Burma
- Refugee children to have the opportunity to have a Christian education
- Foreign exchange students to have an opportunity to make Christian friends while in North America
- Asylees whose status here is pending
- Funding for an accurate Hmong Bible translation
- Funding for a resource center
- Muslims, Hindus, and Buddhists to be able to see Christ in loving Adventists
- More contacts with refugees from Bhutan and Somali
- Visitors from countries closed to missionaries, that they will discover a saving relationship with Jesus while they are here
